Refund Policy

At Rainbow Feathers Fantastical 3D Prints, your satisfaction is important to us. Because our products are printed to order, please review our refund and return policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on most standard items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and in their original condition
Free from damage caused after delivery
Returned in their original packaging if possible

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

Custom or personalized orders (items printed with specific names, colors, or designs made to your specifications)
Items marked as final sale
Items damaged due to misuse, modification, or improper care after delivery

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us through our website within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, the reason for the return, and photos if the item was received damaged or defective. Once approved, we will provide return shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

5. Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color where available. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request an exchange. If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund at our discretion. Please note that minor surface texture or visible layer lines are normal characteristics of 3D printing and are not considered defects.

7. Order Cancellations

Because printing begins quickly after an order is placed, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of our approval, first check with your bank. If you still have not received it, contact us and we will investigate.
