Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Rainbow Feathers Fantastical 3D Prints! Because every item is 3D printed to order on our family farm, please allow extra time for production before your order ships.

1. Processing Time

Most orders require 3–7 business days for printing and preparation before they ship. Complex or larger orders may require additional time. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on package size, weight, and destination. Available shipping methods will be shown at checkout. Common options include:

Standard Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage): 5–8 business days after shipment
Priority Mail (USPS Priority Mail): 2–3 business days after shipment
Expedited/Express options may be available at checkout for an additional fee

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and shipping method selected. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time — check our homepage for current offers.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the shipping confirmation.

5. Domestic Shipping

We ship to all 50 US states and territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses. Delivery times to non-contiguous states and territories may be longer than standard estimates.

6. International Shipping

We currently only offer Domestic Shipping.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is in the carrier's possession, Rainbow Feathers Fantastical 3D Prints is not responsible for carrier-caused delays, loss, or damage. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim. If your package arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and product immediately and contact us within 7 days of delivery.

8. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact us immediately.
